We recruit in Uzbekistan because many motivated young people there want to work in Germany, and we value the openness and hospitality we meet in the country.
According to the World Bank, Uzbekistan has around 37 million inhabitants, and just over 31 percent of them are younger than 15. The economy and technology are developing noticeably.
Language and preparation
There are language schools in the country where young people learn German and prepare for work abroad. We aim to work with language schools and training centres and are building these links.

The employer describes the job in the questionnaire. This covers the role, the terms, the requirements and the housing.

Select and present candidates
We choose the profiles that fit and present them to the employer. A video interview often follows.

Arrival and start of work
Once the required procedures are complete, the employee travels to Germany. The job starts with the employer.
Our focus is on skilled trades, metalwork, care, and hospitality and hotels. We also place staff in construction, electrical work, logistics and production.
The employment contract is concluded directly between the skilled worker and your company. Regalis is not the employer of the workers it places, not a temporary employment agency and does no staff leasing.
