What we require from our partners
Our local partners work to the same rules. They are set out in the agreement with Regalis.
Anyone who asks candidates for money no longer works for us. This rule has no exception.
- No money from candidates, in any form and at any time.
- No promises about visa, pay, duration or success.
- No polished profiles and no invented records.
- Explain consent before any data is collected.
- Answer every question from the candidate or pass it on to us.
What candidates can expect from us
You learn early what your route looks like and where it may stall. We also say when we cannot help you.
You can see at any time which data we hold about you. You can change your profile yourself or have it deleted.
You are presented to no employer before you have agreed.
You can withdraw any consent with effect for the future. A short message is enough.
How to spot a dishonest offer
Fraudsters exploit people's hope of work in Europe. Some pose as staff of well known firms.
If in doubt, check your contact's code on our verification page. Report any suspicion to us.
- Someone asks for money for a placement, an application or an appointment.
- Someone promises a visa or a contract against advance payment.
- Someone wants to keep your passport or asks for original documents.
- Someone pushes for haste and leaves you no time to think.
- The message comes from an address that does not belong to Regalis.

If something goes wrong, we want to know. That applies to candidates, firms and partners.

On request we treat your report in confidence. Nobody suffers a disadvantage for speaking up.
