Accessibility statement

What we aim for

Regalis wants this website to work for everyone. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA.

We publish this statement voluntarily. It describes what we have achieved and where work is still going on.

What we have implemented

Every page can be operated with the keyboard. The focus stays visible, and a skip link leads straight to the content.

Headings, lists and page regions carry proper markup. Screen readers find the header, the navigation, the main area and the footer as separate regions.

Text and controls keep a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Font sizes follow the setting in your browser.

Every form field has a visible label. Errors are named in words and never shown by colour alone.

We use motion sparingly. If your system asks for reduced motion, the pages appear without effects.

Each page states its language in the source. The German, English, Turkish and Russian versions are linked and marked as such.

Known limitations

The candidate profile as a PDF is made for internal work. It is not prepared for screen readers and is not published.

Illustrations, icons and maps are decorative. They carry no information that is missing from the text and stay hidden from screen readers.

We do not check documents uploaded by candidates for accessibility. Those files come from the applicants themselves.

The protection of our forms against automated access can call for an extra check. If you get stuck there, please contact us.

We will reply and look for a solution. Urgent cases can also be settled by telephone.

If you need information in another form, let us know. We can supply content as plain text on request.

Review and status

We test the pages ourselves, using the keyboard, magnification and automated tools. A review by an independent body is still outstanding.
