Terms and conditions
Status of this page
This page sets out the principles of our work. The full text of our terms is being agreed with our lawyer.
What governs a working relationship is the placement contract we sign with the employer.
Scope of our service
Regalis places international workers and skilled staff with employers in Germany. This covers recording the requirements, the search and pre-selection, and the presentation of candidates.
In addition we coordinate the papers for employment, entry and residence. Legal advice and decisions by authorities are not part of our service.
No temporary agency work
Regalis carries out no temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) under German law and no staff leasing.
The employment contract comes about directly between employer and employee. Regalis is not a party to that contract.
The employer's contribution
The employer describes the job completely and correctly. Changes to terms or requirements are reported to us promptly.
Details on accommodation and support should match reality. False statements put the placement and the trust of candidates at risk.
Placement fee
A placement fee falls due only on successful placement. The amount and the due date are agreed in writing beforehand.
Reporting a staffing need through the website commits you to nothing and triggers no payment obligation.
Services for candidates
Registering with Regalis is free of charge for candidates.
Candidates give complete and correct details and submit only their own documents.
No entitlement to a placement
There is no entitlement to a placement or to a particular job. The employer alone decides on hiring.
The course of official procedures lies outside our influence. That is why we make no firm promises about dates.
Liability
We are liable under the statutory rules. For details that employers or candidates send us, we accept no liability.
Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Final provisions
German law applies. Should one provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
