Why Türkiye suits many firms
The distance is manageable and many families have ties to Germany. That makes the decision to move easier.
Industry, construction, hospitality and care all have a broad training landscape. Most candidates bring solid basics.
How well someone really fits still only shows in the individual check. Blanket statements about a whole country do not help you.
How training works in Türkiye
Vocational education usually starts at the vocational upper schools, the Meslek Liseleri. Pupils combine general education with a specialist focus.
There are also two year higher education programmes called Ön Lisans. They are widespread in technical and commercial fields.
Care follows a different path than in Germany. Nursing is a university degree there.
Many trades additionally have state regulated proficiency certificates. They are examined and issued through the vocational qualification authority MYK.
- Meslek Lisesi: vocational upper school with a specialist focus, completed after secondary level.
- Ön Lisans: two year higher education programme, often technical or commercial.
- Lisans: four year degree, among others in nursing and engineering.
- MYK certificate: examined proficiency for trades such as welding.
Occupations we are asked for most
The list below shows what German firms ask us for most often. It says nothing about the number of candidates available.
- Registered nurses and care assistants
- Chefs, service staff and hotel staff
- Welders, metalworkers and industrial mechanics
- Electricians and technicians for plumbing, heating and air conditioning
- Bricklayers, concrete workers and drywall fitters
- Lorry drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff
German language levels
German is taught at many schools as a second foreign language. The larger cities have language schools and recognised examination centres.
Most candidates still start at a low level. We record it on the European scale from A1 to C2.
Tell us early which level the role requires. We align screening and course planning with it.
For regulated professions the authorities often require a set level. Which one depends on the occupation and the federal state.
Recognition in outline
A Turkish certificate does not count automatically in Germany. The check asks whether the training broadly matches a German one.
In regulated professions recognition is a condition for the work. This applies above all to nursing and health occupations.
In many other occupations someone may work without recognition. For a residence permit as a skilled worker equivalence is still usually required.
A specific body is always responsible, depending on occupation and federal state. That body alone decides on the application.
Documents normally need a translation and a certification. The competent body tells you which form is required.

Our local partners
In Türkiye we work with regular partners. They speak the language and know the firms in their region.
They hold the first conversation, review documents and explain the route honestly. Anything unclear they settle with us.
Candidates pay nothing for this. If anyone asks for money, that is a warning sign and should be reported to us.
Every partner has a code. Candidates can confirm it themselves on the check page.
The process step by step
The route is similar for all countries of origin. Differences arise mainly in documents and authorities.
- You report your staffing need with the role, the conditions and your target date.
- Our partners approach suitable candidates and check their details.
- You receive profiles without names and choose who you want to speak to.
- After the offer, the contract and the papers for the procedure are prepared.
- The candidate applies for the visa at the competent German mission abroad.
- After arrival come registration, the residence permit and the induction at work.
What we do not promise
We name no fixed deadlines. Visa, residence and recognition are decided by the authorities.
We employ nobody and hire out nobody. The contract is made directly between the firm and the worker.
We say no when a profile does not fit. A polished profile costs both sides time and money.
Frequently asked questions
Do skilled workers from Türkiye need a visa?
For work in Germany a residence permit is normally required. It is applied for before entry at the competent German mission abroad. The authorities decide on the application.
How long does it take until someone starts work?
That depends on the occupation, the documents and the authority. We deliberately name no fixed periods. You will always know which step is running.
Is Turkish nurse training comparable to the German one?
In Türkiye nursing is a university degree. Whether the degree is equivalent is assessed by the recognition body of the federal state. An adaptation measure or an examination often follows.
Which documents should candidates have ready?
A CV, a passport, training certificates and employer references. Plus language certificates and professional records where they exist. Translations and certifications we clarify case by case.
Do candidates pay anything to Regalis or to the partners?
No. Our work is free of charge for candidates. Our fee is paid by the employer alone, once a placement succeeds.
