Through the form below. We need your name, how to reach you and a rough description of your contacts.

A short call clarifies whether this fits. After that you receive the terms in writing.

You receive your code
With the approval come a personal referral code and a link for companies. We send both by email.

The company names your code or uses your link. That keeps the recommendation clearly assigned, even months later.

You recommend, we place
You make the contact. The placement itself is done by Regalis. You do not advise, you do not negotiate and you are not liable for the outcome.

Candidates never pay
We take no money from candidates. That holds for us, for our local partners and for you. Whoever takes money from candidates does not work with us.

Terms in writing
How your fee arises and when it falls due is set out in the agreement. You receive it with the approval, before the first recommendation.

A fee only on success
A claim arises only once your recommendation leads to a placement and the person starts work. Before that nothing flows, in either direction.

No data without reason
Please do not send us names or phone numbers of third parties. Industry, region and size are enough. The company makes contact itself.

Open towards the company
Tell the company that you recommend us and may receive a fee for it. We do the same when we are asked.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get for a recommendation?
A fee, once your recommendation leads to a placement. The amount depends on the occupation and is set out in your agreement.
When does the fee fall due?
After the person starts work and the agreed period has passed. We tell you the status with the statement or on request.
Do I need to register a business?
That depends on the scale and on your personal situation. Please ask your tax adviser. We are not allowed to judge that.
How many companies do I have to name?
There is no target. One good recommendation is worth more than ten shallow ones.
What happens to my details?
We store them for the application and the later statement. If we decline, we delete the entry.
Can I recommend candidates too?
Yes. Please talk to us about it. Different rules apply for candidates, and it must never cost them anything.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Let us know and we deactivate your code. Open claims stay untouched.
