About Regalis
A recruiter that stays with the whole process
Regalis was founded to bring German companies together with workers from abroad. We work with permanent partners rather than changing contacts.
The company
Regalis GbR was founded in 2024 and is based in Möhnesee. Two partners run the company and look after each case personally. We place international workers and skilled staff with companies in Germany. Our network currently reaches into Türkiye and Uzbekistan. Further countries of origin and further European target markets are in preparation.

Our international network
Recruitment across borders works only with people on the ground. In Türkiye and in Uzbekistan we work with partners and permanent contacts. They speak to candidates in person and review documents before a profile reaches us. Further countries of origin are being built up step by step.

On the German side we work with a lawyer. She looks after the placement contracts and the legal structure of our work. In the countries of origin, specialists who know the local requirements support us. We do not provide legal advice to employers or candidates ourselves.
