About Regalis
A recruiter that stays with the whole process
Regalis was founded to bring German companies together with workers from abroad. We work with permanent partners rather than changing contacts.
The company
Regalis was founded in 2024 and is based in Möhnesee. Two partners run the company and look after each case personally. We place skilled workers from the EU and from selected non-EU countries with companies in Germany. Our key countries are Uzbekistan, Türkiye and Greece, and partners also work for us in Pakistan and other countries. Further European target markets are in preparation.

Our tasks

Placement
We record the requirements in detail and search in several countries on that basis. We choose the profiles that fit and present them to the employer. The company decides who it hires.

Local partners
In Uzbekistan, in Türkiye and in Pakistan we work with partners and permanent contacts. They speak to candidates in their own language and review documents before a profile reaches us.

Support after arrival
We prepare the candidates for the company and stay reachable for both sides in the first months. Induction and day-to-day leadership stay with the company.
Our international network
Recruitment across borders works only with people on the ground. In Uzbekistan, in Türkiye and in Pakistan we work with partners and permanent contacts. They speak to candidates in person and review documents before a profile reaches us. In Greece we are building cooperation with language schools for German, and candidates from the whole EU are welcome.
