Production plants look for operators, assistants and skilled staff for series manufacturing.
Industry works with clear tasks and settled shifts.
Safety briefings must be understood, so many plants ask for A2. Our candidates usually bring German at A2 or higher with a recognised certificate.
Anyone who has worked on machines finds their feet quickly. Controls and gauges differ, the way of working is similar.
Plants with a shift plan and works transport suit newcomers particularly well. Without a car and without a bus link, even the journey to work fails.
