EU, EEA, Switzerland and candidates already living in Germany
Citizens of the EU, the EEA and Switzerland need neither a visa nor a work permit to work in Germany. If you already live in Germany with another nationality, it depends on your residence permit. Please ask us.
In regulated occupations such as nursing, your qualification must be recognised. In many other occupations the company hires you directly.
The level of German you need depends on the occupation and the company.
Key countries with local partners
These countries are at the centre of our work.
- Uzbekistan: Permanent local partners approach candidates and check documents.
- Türkiye: A firm network with local partners in many occupations.
- Greece: Candidates from the EU without a visa. We are building cooperation with language schools for German.

Partners and candidates also from these countries:
Western Balkans: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia
For candidates from outside the EU, the way usually leads through a visa for skilled workers. The requirements are a recognised vocational qualification or a university degree, work experience and, depending on the occupation, German. The company can apply for the fast-track procedure for skilled workers.
Candidates from the Western Balkan countries also have a separate route to the German labour market.
Only the competent authorities decide on visa and residence.
Other countries
Do you come from another country? Please register as well. We check whether there is a way to Germany for you and tell you openly.
Selection follows the requirement profile, not the country a candidate comes from.
