What you can expect from Regalis

    Your employment contract is signed directly with the employer. You do not work for us as leased staff.

    We coordinate the papers for employment, entry and residence. You learn which step is due next.

    German decides many positions. We tell you openly which level is usual for your occupation.

    Before presenting you, we ask the employer about the flat, the rent and the journey. So you know early what to expect.

    Registering with Regalis is free of charge for candidates.

    Our contacts look after you in your own country. You can ask your questions in your own language.

What you should bring

The requirements depend on the occupation and on the employer. These points apply to almost every placement.

  • A valid passport
  • Evidence of your training and work experience
  • German skills, or the willingness to acquire them
  • Readiness to move for the job
  • Complete and correct details in your profile
  • Patience with the procedures of the authorities

The documents you upload

You can upload files as PDF or as a photo. Missing papers can be added to your profile later.

  • A CV listing your previous employers
  • School, training or university certificates
  • Certificates, for example language or driving qualifications
  • References or confirmations from earlier employers
  • A photo, if you wish

    Review of your details

    We look at your profile and ask if something is missing. After that we add you to our candidate pool.

    Finding a suitable job

    We compare your profile with the requests from employers. If a job fits, we talk it through with you.

    Presentation to the employer

    With your consent we present you to the company. A video interview often follows.

    Contract and paperwork

    The employer makes you an offer. The papers for entry and residence are then prepared.

    Arrival and first day

    Once the procedures are complete, you travel to Germany. Your contact in the company will be expecting you.

We place people in regular, lawful employment only. Whether and when a job comes about depends on employer demand and on the procedures. That is why we make no firm promises about dates. If your profile does not yet fit the German labour market, we tell you early.
