Your route to Germany
-
1
Profile or quick application
Create a profile or send a quick application. A local partner gets in touch and holds the first interview in Uzbek or Russian.
-
2
Collect documents and have them translated
Collect certificates, references and other proof. They have to be translated and usually certified. The responsible office and the German mission abroad say which form is required.
-
3
Clarify recognition
We clarify with you whether your occupation is regulated and which office is responsible. Only this office in Germany decides on recognition.
-
4
Learn German
Start learning German early. Which level is required depends on the residence title, the occupation and the position.
-
5
Introduction to a company
With your consent we present your profile to a suitable company. A video call often follows. The company decides whom it hires.
-
6
Employment contract and visa
You sign the employment contract directly with the company. You apply for the visa at the responsible German mission abroad, which decides on it. It explains how appointments are allocated on its website.
-
7
Arrival
After arrival, the company guides the first steps. We remain available until the first day at work.
Documents
For recognition and the visa you need complete documents. They are usually in Uzbek or Russian. They have to be translated and usually certified. Only have translations made by recognised translators.
Pay attention to the spelling of your name. Names from the Cyrillic and the Latin alphabet are transliterated differently. Differences between passport, certificate and contract lead to queries.
If you learned your occupation in practice without a certificate, say so openly. We record what is proven and what is not. The page on your occupation shows which additional proof your occupation needs.
- CV with details of former employers
- Passport with sufficient validity
- College, technical school or university certificates with a subject overview
- References and other proof of work experience
- Language certificates
Learning German
Many people only learn German for their move abroad. Tashkent and other cities have language centres and examination options. Online courses add to classroom teaching but rarely replace it completely.
Language skills are described on the European scale from A1 to C2 and proven through recognised examinations. Attending a course alone is not proof. The responsible office says which examination is recognised in the individual case.
There is no fixed level for everyone. What is required depends on the residence title, the occupation and sometimes the federal state.
Our local partners
Regalis works with permanent partners in Uzbekistan. They speak Uzbek and Russian and know the training institutions of the region.
Your partner holds the first interview, reviews your documents and assesses your language level. Anything unclear is clarified with us. The same person remains available until your first working day.
Every partner has a personal code. On our verification page you enter the code and see immediately whether it is registered with us.
- Check code Check whether your contact really works for Regalis. Enter the code and see the result at once. Candidates never pay.

Fair recruitment
Regalis works according to principles of fair recruitment. Only the company that hires pays our fee.
Candidates pay nothing, neither to Regalis nor to our partners. This applies to registration, advice and placement.
Nobody has to hand over a passport or certificates. We work with copies. You are not presented to any employer before you have agreed.
Authorities decide on visa, residence and recognition. We promise neither a result nor a time frame.
- Our principles of fair recruitment What Regalis stands by when recruiting: the employer pays, candidates never pay, honest information, consent, direct employment and an open complaints route.
Beware of fake agents
Fraudsters exploit people's hope of work in Europe. Some pose as employees of well-known companies or as partners of Regalis.
Germany and Uzbekistan have concluded an agreement on migration and mobility. The Federal Ministry of the Interior explains what it means. The general rules still apply to each individual application. Anyone who promises you a visa by pointing to the agreement is not telling the truth.
If in doubt, check your contact person's code on our verification page. Pay nothing and ask us. We follow up every report.
- Someone asks for money for a job, an application or an appointment.
- Someone promises you a visa or an employment contract.
- Someone pushes you to pay quickly and gives you no time to think.
- Someone wants to keep your passport or asks for originals.
- Contact runs only through messengers, without an address or company details.
